Welcome back to all the staff and students.
GALA DAY
Thank you to all parents/caregivers and community members for your support, donations and participation towards the gala day. The amount raised is about $5570.00.
SECONDARY GIRLS CAMP
The Secondary girls, years 11-13 will be going on their 2 night camp to Rotorua next week. They will leave Auckland on Tuesday 9th May at 9am and return on Thursday 11th May in the afternoon. Details regarding the camp will be re-sent to the students’ parents this afternoon.
WINTER SEASON
Parents are requested to send their child/children with school jumper and may be another layer of clothing to protect them from cold. Some students are coming to school without socks. Parents please look into this.
HOLIDAY HOMEWORK
Thank you to the parents for helping your child/children to revise the word list and numeracy facts during the holidays. The testing will be done this week.
REMINDER:
- For year 1 classes parents/caregivers are advised to pick them up from the classroom. Use the door facing the roadside
- Please read the introductory letter that is stapled in the homework book inside the front cover of year 1 – 6 students.
RAMDHAN
Ramdhan starts towards the end of this month.
HEALTH CHECKS AT SCHOOL
Mana Kidz is offering your child/children health checks at school. Parents/ caregivers are requested read and complete the consent form and return to their child/children’s class teacher. All the forms must come back whether consent is given or not for the checks.
