Staff Vacancy

SCHOOL RULES                                     

It has been observed that a number of boys are not complying with the school rules and are arriving to school late.  I hereby advise the parents that your child/children must comply with the following:

  • If your child/children is late to or absent from school they must provide a note from the parents.
  • Ensure that your child/children’s hair cut is according to the school rules.

They must adhere to the school uniform rules at all times. We have been notifying students for a while.  There will be regular checks to ensure that all the students are complying with the school rules and uniform regulations as laid down in the school prospectus and students diary.

REMINDER:  CAREERS NEWS

  1. The University of Auckland parents’ seminar on 5 July and 6 July from 7pm at Owen G. Glenn Business School, 12 Grafton Road, Auckland.
  2. The University of Auckland scholarships are now open. Closing date for the scholarships are on 23rd of August 2017.
  1. The University of Auckland courses and careers open day for public is on Saturday 2 September.
  2. Competenz – various apprenticeships- get in touch- 0800 526 1800.
  3. AUT application for 2018 is now open. See careers teachers for more information.

 IMPORTANT DATES

  • Years 5 and 6 camp is in Term 3 Week 2 & 3.
  • Cross Country practice starts in Term 3 week 2.
  • Life Education Caravan will be in school Term 3 Week 2 from 31st July to 4th August.
  • Parent/teacher meeting is on Thursday 17/08/2017.

 HEALTH CHECKS AT SCHOOL

Mana Kidz is offering your child/children with free health checks at school to help prevent rheumatic fever and skin infections.  Parents/caregivers are requested to complete the consent form if they have not completed yet.

 DARUL ULOOM

Darul Uloom classes will continue in the 1st week of school holiday from 9.00am – 12.00 noon.

REMINDER: SCHOOL FEES

Jazaakallahu Khairan to those parents/caregivers who have already paid their school fees in full.  Those who have not please pay the full amount immediately.

SCHOOL BREAK

The school finishes for term 2 on Friday 07 July, 2017 at 2.30pm.

The school re-opens for term 3 on Monday 24th July, 2017.
