Dear Parents/Caregivers

SCHOOL TERM BREAK
The school finishes for Term 1 on 13th April at 2.30 pm and re-opens for term 2 on 30th April.
SCHOOL FEES
Jazaakallahu Khairan to all those parents/ caregivers who have paid their school fees in full. The whole year’s fees must be paid by end of term 2.
WINTER SEASON
Term 2 starts with cold weather. Parents/caregivers are required to send their child/children with warm clothes. Those students who do not have correct winter uniform must buy before winter.
SWIMMING CLASSES
Swimming in school continues in the next term. Jazaakallahu Khairan to the parents/caregivers for supporting your child/children for swimming in school.
QUR’AAN CLASSES
Hifz class will continue in the first week of the term holiday from 9.00am – 12.30pm.
GALA DAY
Gala Day is on Saturday 5th May, 2018. Stalls are $50.00. Contact the school office if you need to hire space for stall. You are required to bring your own tables, chairs, tents and other furniture. Food stalls will be put up only by the school.
REMINDER
All parents/caregivers are reminded to report to the main office when visiting school. This also applies when volunteering for school trips and any class visit.
GATES CLOSED
The electronic gates will be closed at 3.20pm every day for the safety of the students. All parents must park their vehicle outside the school gate to drop-off or pick-up their child/children.
