Dear Parents/Caregivers

RAMADHAN MUBARAK
Ramadhan Mubarak to all the parents/caregivers, staff and students. Students will be encouraged to read Quraan during morning and lunch break.
SCHOOL FEES
Jazaakallahu Khairan to all the parents/ caregivers who have paid their school fees in full. Those who have not paid please pay by end of this term.
REMINDER: SAFETY OF STUDENTS AND STAFF
Parents/caregivers are NOT allowed to go straight to the classroom in the mornings or anytime of the day. They must report to the school office first and also need to have an appointment to see the class teachers. This will help us identify any visitors to the school.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Some students chat on social media. Parents/caregivers must note that DISCORD apps or other app that students use to chat is NOT a school recommended programme. Some students have abused each other on this programme. Parents are to supervise when students are using digital device. The only academic related app that the school uses is study ladder, google classroom, one drive, e-ako and read works.
HELPING CHC SHOOTING VICTIM
This Friday 10 May the school will be collecting gold coin donation to give to father and daughter who got hurt in Christchurch shooting and are admitted in Auckland/Starship Hospital.
PICKING STUDENTS FROM SCHOOL
It is a major concern that number of parents/caregivers are picking their child/children regularly during school time. Student’s attendance at school is very important. Students can only be picked-up for urgent appointments during the day. You must produce valid appointment letter. Please try to make appointments after school.
