GOVERNANCE OF AMS
As you are aware that currently the school is governed by Commissioner Bruce Adin who can be contacted at any time in case parents/caregivers want to talk about issues, concerns and/or want to have a conversation with him. He can be contacted on email: bruce.w.adin@gmail.com .
TEACHER STRIKE
The school cannot provide teaching for students during the upcoming strike.
We have received notice from the PPTA/NZEI that members of the union will take strike action on Wednesday 29 May. The school can’t provide teaching for students during the upcoming strike. Accordingly it’s important that you make alternative arrangements for the care of your child/children during the period of the strike. If this is difficult we can still supervise a small number of students if required. Please contact the office if your child/children will need this.
I know that this is inconvenient for parents and students alike, but please be assured that student safety is our main concern.
