ORIENTATION PROGRAMME AT ZAYED COLLEGE FOR GIRLS (ZCG).
Through the newsletter of our school’s proprietor, Islamic Education and Dawah (IED) Trust, you have been informed that they intend to stop enrolling secondary girls (years 7 to 13) education at this school and encourage our current secondary girls to enrol at ZCG. Please refer to the IED Trust’s latest newsletter (dated 12 November 2018), which was printed on the back of AMS newsletter dated 13 November 2018. IED newsletter is reprinted at the back of this newsletter.
After consulting MOE, IED Trust is encouraging parents to enrol their years 7 to 13 girl/s into ZCG from the beginning of 2019 academic year. To this effect ZCG is holding an orientation programme on coming Thursday 22 November between 11.30am to 12.30pm. We will be sending current AMS (2018) year 6 to 10 girls to attend this programme. As current year 11 and 12 girls are on exam-break, they can also attend the orientation programme with their parents.
However, those who wish to continue the education of their secondary girl/s (years 7 to 13) at AMS can do so till the integration agreement is finally changed and signed by Minister of Education.
