Dear Parents/Caregivers

REMINDER: PARENT/TEACHER MEETING

Parent teacher meeting for year’s 1 – 13 students will be held on Tuesday 28 July, 2020 from 8.00am – 5.00pm. It will be a whole day programme, therefore all students need to stay home and only come to school at the appointment time with their parents and go back with them. Booking is now open and can be done via website: www.schoolinterviews.co.nz//code Enter the event code: em5vh Then follow the instructions on the screen. Please be informed that the booking will be closed on 27/07/20 at 4.00pm. Parents/ caregivers who do not have internet at home are most welcome to contact the class teachers or the school office to book appointments.

The school commissioner, Bruce Adin will also be available from 2.00pm – 4.00pm.  If any parents or caregivers would like to meet him, you are most welcome to meet him between the above times.

 ICT POLICY

The school’s ICT policy have been reviewed and updated.  The parents and caregivers are requested to read the attached “Parents/Caregivers – Agreement on ICT Safety Policy”.  Please sign the appropriate section of this form and send it back with your child/children to their class teachers.  You may keep a copy for yourself for your reference.

NATIONAL MASHURAH

There will be a 24 hour mashurah at Airport Mosque from Zohar of Saturday 25 July, 2020 to Zohar of Sunday 26 July, 2020.  Male parents and their over 15 boys are requested to attend this National Mashurah.

EID-UL-ADHA

Eid-ul Adha will, insha Allah, be observed on Saturday, 01 August, 2020.  The school will be closed on Monday 03 August, 2020 for Eid-Ul-Adha
