 Personal Hygiene

Please ensure children shower and change clothing daily. We have health nurse to guide and support students who need help in this area.

LATENESS

Majority of parents are ensuring that their child/children are in school on time.  Few children are still late to school on regular basis. Parents need to ensure their child/children sleep and wake up, on time for this to happen.  Parents are to ensure children do not take devices into their bedroom, so they avoid playing games when you may be asleep.

Video Games

Parents/caregivers need to monitor their child/children closely when they are on devices.

Homework for primary students requires only 15-20 minutes of e-program if any. Otherwise, they have reading, spelling and math’s homework to do from Monday to Thursday.

PARENT/TEACHER MEETING

Jazaakallahu Khairan to all parents who attended the meeting.  It was a very good opportunity for students to share goals achieved and next goals for term 3-4. Students work samples were also shared. If you have missed the opportunity, please make an appointment with class teachers to come after school this week to have the meeting.

 CLEANING TENDER

Al-Madinah School is inviting tenders for cleaning the school.  If anyone is interested in submitting a tender, please contact Br Farook Ali, Executive Officer on 02041760650 to receive the schedule of cleaning and for any other queries. Tender closes on Friday 12/08/22.
